Webshop Software

Lightspeed
Our webshop is developed using Lightspeed software. Personal data that you provide to us for our services is shared with this party. Lightspeed has access to your data to offer us (technical) support but will never use your data for other purposes. Based on our agreement, Lightspeed is obligated to take appropriate security measures, including SSL encryption and strict password policies. Lightspeed uses cookies to gather technical information about the use of the software but does not collect or store personal data. Lightspeed reserves the right to share collected data within its corporate group to further improve services.

Web Hosting

Hostnet
We use the web hosting and email services of Hostnet. Hostnet processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its purposes. This provider has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss or unauthorized use of your personal data. Hostnet is contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality.

Payment Processors

Mollie
For processing part of the payments in our webshop, we use the Mollie platform. Mollie processes your name, address, and payment details such as your bank or credit card information. Mollie has implemented appropriate security measures and reserves the right to anonymize and share data to improve their services with third parties.

Klarna
We also use Klarna for part of our payment processing. Klarna processes your personal data and, in cases of deferred payment requests, shares data with credit rating agencies. The same security measures apply as with Mollie.

Shipping and Logistics

PostNL
For the delivery of your orders, we use the services of PostNL. Your address details are used solely for fulfilling the delivery. PostNL may share your data with subcontractors if necessary.
